CANCELLATION AND REGISTRATION POLICY

PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING:

A) CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees may be refunded at 80% of the amount paid, provided that a formal justification and bank details are submitted in writing to the Executive Secretariat UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively by the registered participant and must include their signature.

B) SPONSORED REGISTRATION
Participant information must be accurate. Registrations submitted with the sponsor’s data instead of the participant’s details will not be accepted. All official communications will be sent directly to the attendee via email. REFUNDS will not be issued for paid registrations to accommodate complimentary passes (courtesy registrations) received at a later date. Please ensure that no company or sponsor will complete your registration prior to making your payment. Financial responsibility for any payments made rests solely with the attendee. Please verify your status before proceeding with payment.

C) OVERDUE BANK SLIPS (BOLETOS)
Expired bank slips cannot be used for payment. If you need to re-issue or print a new slip, please access the Attendee Area from the main menu.

D) REGISTRATION RECEIPTS
The paid bank slip serves as your official proof of payment. If you require a special or customized invoice/receipt, please access the Attendee Area under the registration menu.

E) PROOF OF REGISTRATION CATEGORY
Supporting documentation verifying your category must be uploaded while completing the registration form. Acceptable forms of proof include an official statement, letter, or ID badge from the institution where you work and/or study.

F) REGISTRATION FEES
Registration rates are subject to change without prior notice.

G) TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

H) PARALLEL COURSES – INTENSIVE COURSES, ARENAS, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Parallel courses have limited availability and are open to all registered attendees with a confirmed payment. Registrations must be made in advance through the website by logging into your account and completing the online payment.
