The 55^th Brazilian Congress of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (CBR26) will take place in Recife, Pernambuco, from September 17 to 19, 2026, at the Recife Expo Center.

Under the theme “Bridges of Knowledge: Connecting generations, imaging, and innovation,” CBR26 promises to be a milestone in the history of radiology congresses. Over the course of the three-day event, attendees will have access to a comprehensive and up-to-date scientific program, covering a wide range of topics relevant to the practice of diagnostic imaging. From the latest breakthroughs in medical imaging technologies to best practices in diagnosis and treatment, our congress will deliver valuable insights to enhance clinical practice and drive professional excellence.

CBR26 will feature traditional and vital activities for our specialty, including approximately ten Intensive Courses across different subspecialties, five Arenas dedicated to multidisciplinary sessions (Innovation, Culture and Humanities, Future Radiologists, Central Arena, and Ultrasound Arena), the CBR Brazilian Radiology Marathon (MBR26), and the 5th Clinics and Quality Management Symposium (SQG26). In addition, the venue will offer spacious, modern environments designed for interaction, networking, and a technical exhibition.
